The 12th

Intrigued by meeting another doctor in town and wanting to learn more about Catalina’s case, Lindor sends a letter addressed to Doctor Smoke. The letter was written in fine script, and distinguished with a distinct red figure-eight wax seal.

In the morning they set up in the market again to offer aid, and in between patients they stroll around and buy a healer’s kit and one pound of medicinal herbs for 25 gold. It has been a few months since they have been able to mix alchemical solutions, but they have an old healing potion recipe the Avist family has perfected centuries ago: Morphia Tonic.
The 13th
Lindor set up in the markets yet again, having a rather slow day and focused on refining their alchemic potions. The state of panic around town has been making them uneasy, and they ended up closing their stall early in favor of visiting some to return home and taking care of their charge.
They picked up some baking ingredients while in the market on their way home (let me know how much this should cost), and baked an old family cookie recipe.

The 14th
The state of emergency has Lindor on edge, and they plan to set up their market stall in the afternoon so they could spend the morning visiting the wounded they aided during the owlbear crisis in town. They drop off cookies and check in, offering to take a look at the wounds again to make sure everything is healing alright and no infections have set in.
Afterwards, they set up for another day in the market, continuing to work on their alchemy on the side.

The 15th
Today, Lindor decided to be a bit more nosy, and after setting up their market stall they began asking around for any news or rumors if there’s any potential pregnant people in town, or even suspected pregnancies. It has been awhile since they have midwifed, and all the recent deaths and fear in town has got them eager to help welcome new life, even in dire times.
The 17th
Another slow market day. Lindor stared at the bottom of their mortar and pestle far more than at any prospective patients.
They read in the paper angelic bodies were found in Lake Gias, and it’s been stuck in their head all day. Not only is it a grand story that drew awe from them, but it also made them wonder if their trained eyes could potentially spot anything of note from the remains. The lake is far away, but if there is any autopsy or post-mortem sketches they could see, perhaps they could help in some way?
On the way home from the market, they want to stop and talk to some authorities to see if they could lend their medical expertise on the case.
The 18th
A dreary day for Lindor; not only are the markets closed, but a state of emergency declared? They stayed home most of the day to work on their potions and watch over their charge, but it surely made them restless.
By evening, they needed a pick-me-up, as well as any excuse to get out of the house for a bit. As soon as their charge was asleep, they strolled around to see if any pubs or taverns were open, needing to unwind and maybe enjoy a night with a stranger or two.

The 19th
If they were lucky the night before, hopefully they are not waking up in their own bed today. Otherwise, woe unto them.
Regardless of where they wake, since the markets are closed, they wonder if they could go outside the city to collect more herbs now that their potions are close to finished. Any excuse to stay out of the house, really.
Lindor knows of a few herbs that could potentially render a calming draught, which could sell well in a town as riddled with fear and strife as this one. They aren’t too familiar with the region, though, so they would have to search around to see if those plants even grow here.
The 20th
Perhaps yet another excuse to get out of the house and away from their charge, but they visited the remains of the stable today in order to gawk at the carnage from afar. Imagining the same monster that they saw in the flesh tearing this barn apart sends shivers down their spine, and sets their stomach in a twist.
If possible, they would want to step close and investigate the wreckage; they are a medical professional, after all, so perhaps they can use those credentials to get closer for a look?
